All components mounting plates, electrical components are mounted, wired, connected for power and control wiring.

  • The copper wiring used is ISI marked, lugs ferrules are provided for best electrical connections.
  • Wherever required the terminal blocks are provided for termination of cables.
  • The loops of loose wire in control wiring are left for use in future and maintenances. All lugs in control wiring are covered with sleeves. The bunch of wires are tied with binding straps and fixed with p-clips. After assembling of components all panels are tested for operational test, merger test, L.V/H.V. Test.

Mandatory QC Checked (Pre-dispatch Inspection)

  • All panels are checked up for components to be provided as per the client/Customer order and specification.
  • The control circuits/components are tested for operation by applying the required control voltage
  • All panels are subjected to electrical tests like merger test at 500v, high voltage test at 2.5 kv for one minute
  • All panels are covered with pvc sheet/wooden box before shipment.

     Fabrication of the Panels.

  • Fully compartmentalized design with internal partition and separations.
  • Perforation provided in internal partition for module-to-module internal ventilation.
  • Ventilation louvers provided for external natural air circulation with perforated sheet behind it for stopping of entry of reptiles etc.
  • Ip-4x, ip52, 154, ip55 versions available.
  • Instrument fans of 100-150-200 mm provided for forced circulation of air wherever required or as desired by the customers.
  • Sheet metal cabinets fabricated on CNC- turret punch press & press brake.
  • Bolted type standard modular construction
  • Interchangeability of modules as we have standardized on coupling pitch of holes as 50mm. Bolted type detachable concealed hinges.

 

     Surface Coating of the Panels & Equipment

  • After surface treatment and preparation all modules, partition covers, supporting members are sprayed with polyester/epoxy power in eco-friendly spraying both with cyclone and bag filters spraying booth size 3600(l)x2400(w) 1800(h) mm
  • The movement of material is carried out on over head conveyor from spraying booth to the curing/baking oven
  • The curing is carried out on oil fired, eco- friendly, curing oven at 2200c with pyrometric digital controller
  • The main structure, partitions, front and back covers powder coated with polyester/epoxy power in siemens gray shade ral-7032

      Bus-Bars

  • E91e electrical grade aluminum bus-bars of various sections are used
  • Wherever copper bus-bars are used electrolytic grade copper is used
  • The bending of bus-bar is carried on hydraulic bus-bar bending machine which gives perfect bending free of cracks and surface pitting.
  • The bus-bar punching of holes is carried out on gang punching hydraulic machines to give round/oblong holes without any distortion and burring
  • Bus-bars are supported on SMC supports which are unbreakable and give adequate mechanical support which have a high die electric strength for better insulation
